Description

More than 207 TAs and 53 PAs are currently placed in Eindhoven for the purpose of fiscally paid parking. The municipality of Eindhoven wishes to subcontract to a contractor the management, maintenance and (re) installation of TA and PM for the street parking in Eindhoven. The contractor will have to guarantee a minimum availability of the TA and PM. Tender wishes to subcontract the 1th line preventive and corrective maintenance (including management of the 2th line corrective maintenance) to the contractor for the TA and PM. Management and maintenance of the various management systems is not covered by the agreement to be concluded. However, the contractor uses the management systems for carrying out the work.
