This Prior Information Notice is used to inform potentially interested market parties about the upcoming European call for tenders for the Financing Customer Portal and the planned information meeting. The planned dispatch date of the Announcement of the European Public Procurement Customer Portal Financing is 11 February 2025. On Thursday 20 February 2025 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, the Information Meeting will take place in which: 1. information is provided about the nature and scope of the assignment 2. a workshop (for inexperienced tenderers) is provided on how to correctly fill in the formal forms You can use the message box TenderNed to announce your participation in the Information Meeting until Tuesday 18 February 2025 at the latest, whereby a maximum of 2 people per company can participate After your registration for the Information Meeting you will receive further information about the location in Amersfoort with a route description.
