Description

The tenderer must comply with the requirements set out in the tender specifications. The Medical Service supports the specialists of JobCenter Essen in finding suitable solutions for jobseekers and employees with health restrictions. For this purpose, the doctors assess individually in each individual case: - health limitations, - performance, - suitability for certain professions, - suitability specifically of adolescents for certain professions, - which can help rehab in case of illness or after an accident. The contractor provides the services as an independent service provider for the client (service provider). An employment relationship with the client is not established. The contractor is free in the organization and execution of his activities and is not subject to any instructions regarding the time, place and manner of performance, unless legal requirements or the purpose of the contract conflict. An integration into the work organization of the client does not take place. The target group of the advertised benefit is usually recipients of benefits under Book II of the Social Code (SGB II), for whom there is a medical assessment with regard to their general capacity or the need for a medical assessment. Ability to work is assumed. The subject of the assignment is the support of the consulting and placement work of the responsible service officers (including in the event of additional requirements) as well as the integration specialists of the client. The contractor is also entitled to work for other clients. There is no exclusive relationship with the client.
