Description

The school plot is located in the district of Eimsbüttel, Harvestehude district. The construction programme includes a two-divisible sports hall DIN 18032 for school and club sport, as well as general teaching rooms, specialist rooms and a whole-day area (GBS). The new construction will be constructed on the site of the current class tract. School containers must be installed for the duration of the construction period – location of existing sports hall.
The purpose of the proposed measure is a enriched sports hall, which will be converted and overbuilt with the classrooms U-shaped. The reconstruction of the sports hall results in a 73 m long and 31 m wide Kubus. With the excavation of the sports hall and the layout of the hall soles to approx. – 4.00 m below OK, the height of the building is limited to 10.35 m. Access to the site is to take place exclusively via the Alfred Beit route. Closed building fences must be built to the neighbouring plot, the schoolyard and the upper-tier house.
