Description

The subject of this contract is delivery, dismantling, installation, commissioning and full maintenance within the warranty period of four lift systems in the building of the Council of Ministers, Sofia, № 1 Knyaz Alexander Dondukov Blvd., including the following activities: - preliminary measurements and surveys; - preparation of a detailed design of the new lift systems; - dismantling of the existing four lift systems; - supply and installation of four new lift systems; - restoration of the stone lining around the elevator doors of elevators № 1 and № 2 - main entrance (identical and similar to the existing one); - correction of defects in the walls and linings of the elevator shaft resulting from the dismantling and assembly works; - registration of the lift systems in accordance with the regulations in force before the specialized bodies for - technical supervision, certification and commissioning; - registration and technical inspections in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance on the safe operation and technical supervision of lifts, adopted by Council of Ministers Decree № 75/2003 (NBETNA); - full maintenance within the proposed warranty period.
