Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa technicznych środków materiałowych z grupy produktów chemicznych. 2. Zakres zamówienia został podzielony na 7 części (zadań). 3. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na jedno, kilka lub wszystkie zadania. 4. Warunki realizacji zamówienia określono w załączniku nr 3A do SWZ – Projektowane postanowienia umowy (dla zadania nr 1-6) oraz załączniku nr 3B do SWZ – Projektowane postanowienia umowy (dla zadania nr 7). 5. Rodzaj (asortyment), wymagania co do pojemności jednostkowych opakowań oraz ilości poszczególnego asortymentu (przedmiotu zamówienia), określono w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ –Formularz cenowy/Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. 6. Przedmiot zamówienia musi spełniać wymagania opisane w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ – formularz cenowy/opis przedmiotu zamówienia.
