1. The subject of the contract is the supply of technical materials from the group of chemical products. 2. The scope of the contract has been divided into 7 parts (tasks). 3. The Contractor may submit a tender for one, several or all tasks. 4. The contract performance conditions are set out in Annex 3A to the SWZ – Draft provisions of the contract (for task No 1-6) and Annex 3B to the SWZ – Draft provisions of the contract (for task No 7). 5.
