Description

These are three lots for a fire insurance contract, ancillary risks and warranty extensions for property, furniture and immovable property (as owner, concessionaire or tenant) of the Central Office for Social and Cultural Action of the Ministry of Defence (OCASC). The contract is for a period of one year with the possibility of tacit annual renewal under the same conditions not exceeding 3 times (see point 2.5 of the specifications). The contract is made up of three lots divided according to the method of valuation and the location of the property insured. A first lot concerns the CDSCA’s housing insurance (Annex A to the specifications). A second lot concerns insurance for holiday centres in Belgium, crèches, administrative headquarters, regional offices and a warehouse and their content (Annexes B to F to the specifications). A third lot concerns the insurance of the holiday centre in Crete, which will be rented until the beginning of October 2024 (Annex G to the specifications). A tenderer is required to submit a tender for at least two of the three lots. All lots will be evaluated separately on the basis of the award criteria.
