The project includes the construction of the new building of the Pyhäjärvi Welfare House with its auxiliary buildings and yard areas. The building consists of a library, auditorium, lobby, youth room and sports hall. The library and the sports hall form a separate entity, which are partly connected by a two-storey section with a lobby, auditorium and youth facilities. The frame of the building is mainly pillar-beam, although there are also load-bearing concrete walls in the lobby and auditorium. The pillars are concrete, the beams are concrete/steel.
