The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period 01.01.2026 – 31.12.2026 within the meaning of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 266.). The estimated electricity consumption needs for the duration of the contract amount to approximately 23 431,747 MWh and were calculated on the basis of the average annual pre-litigation consumption of 174 off-take points. The current contractual power for all off-take points amounts to a total of 14.623 MW.
