1. Przedmiotem postępowania i zamówienia jest wyłonienie Wykonawcy w zakresie sukcesywnej dostawy odczynników do analiz genetycznych, zwanych dalej odczynnikami lub produktami, dla Małopolskiego Centrum Biotechnologii, przeznaczonych w szczególności do działalności w zakresie kształcenia, naukowej oraz komercyjnej. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierający zestawienie ilościowe odczynników określa załącznik A do SWZ, który stanowi jednocześnie formularz kalkulacji ceny oferty.
