Description

1. The scope of the contract includes successive deliveries of dairy products to selected units operated by the Lublin Economic and Administrative Centre for Education. 2. Additional information: 2.1. The Lublin Economic and Administrative Centre for Education is responsible for conducting the public procurement procedure, and contracts are concluded with units operated in accordance with the division into parts. 2.2. The Contracting Authority shall exclude from the procedure an economic operator subject to exclusion pursuant to Article 108 of the Public Procurement Act and subject to exclusion pursuant to Article 7 para. 1 of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special arrangements for counteracting the support of aggression against Ukraine and for the protection of national security (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 507) and pursuant to Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (OJ Urz. EU No L 229, 31.7.2014, p. 1), as amended by Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (OJ Urz. EU No L 111, 8.4.2022, p. 1). 2.4. in accordance with point 16 of the SWZ, the bidder must lodge a security in the amount of: part I – PLN 5000 (in words: five thousand zlotys), part II – 5000 zlotys (in words: five thousand zlotys), part III – 5000 zlotys (in words: Five thousand zlotys). 2.5. The terms and conditions relating to the performance of the contract are set out in the model contract, which is attached as Annex 13 to the SWZ on the website of the procedure. 2.6. Pursuant to Article 139 of the Act, the contracting authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders and then select the economic operator whose tender will be awarded the highest score in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 2.7. The Contractor will be bound by his tender until 31 December 2024. 2.8. Communication in the procedure, excluding the submission of tenders/requests to participate in the procedure, takes place electronically via the communication forms available in the ‘Forms’ tab (‘Forms for communication’). In particular, requests and notifications, questions and answers are sent via the ‘Communication Forms’. Communication forms also allow you to attach an attachment to the message you are sending (the ‘add attachment’ button). All messages sent and received in the procedure by the contractor are visible after logging in in the preview of the procedure in the ‘Communication’ tab. 2.8.1 The maximum size of files sent via "Forms for communication" is 150 MB (this size applies to files sent as attachments to one form). 2.8.2.
