PL-Katowice: Instrumentation and control equipment
1. The subject-matter of the contract is an electrometric amplifier with 1 MOD.
2. A detailed technical description of the subject-matter of the contract, including the minimum technical parameters required, is set out in Annex 2 to the ToR.
3. The scope of the contract covers the purchase of equipment with delivery to the Contracting Authority, unloading and transfer to the premises designated by the Contracting Authority. The Contractor must provide a warranty service for the equipment offered in the European Union.
4. Specific requirements for performance of the contract:
(a) The equipment offered must be new and come from day-to-day production, have the appropriate certificates and approvals allowing the equipment to be sold and used in Poland.
(b) The Contractor, together with the equipment, will provide instructions for use in Polish and English.
5. The contracting authority shall not allow partial tenders to be submitted.
6. The contracting authority shall allow equivalent tenders to be submitted. The Contracting Authority shall recognise as equivalent equipment the technical and functional characteristics and quality standards of which are the same or better than the equipment described by the Contracting Authority. The terms indicating trade marks, patents or origin of the subject-matter of the contract used in the specifications shall be read with the words ‘or equivalent’.
7. Time limit required for performance of the contract: up to 6 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract.
8. Delivery address: Silesian Inter-university Centre for Education and Interdisciplinary Research, ul. 75 Piechoty Piechoty 1, 41-500 Chorzów.
9. Minimum guarantee period required: in accordance with the guarantee of the manufacturer or main distributor in Poland, provided that this time limit may not be less than 36 months.
10. The contracting authority shall allow contracts to be performed with the involvement of subcontractors. If subcontractors are used, the tender must indicate the part of the contract which the Contractor will entrust to subcontractors (Annex 4 to the ToR)
11. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding supplementary contracts.
12. The contracting authority shall not allow variants to be submitted.
13. Financial settlements between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor will be made in Polish zlotys (PLN).
14. The contracting authority does not provide for an electronic auction.
15. The contracting authority does not provide for advance payments for the performance of the contract.
16. The contracting authority does not foresee the conclusion of a framework agreement.
17. The contracting authority does not envisage the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system.
18. The contracting authority shall not restrict the possibility of applying for public contracts only for contractors with more than 50 % of their employees being disabled.
