Description

Maßnahmenbezeichnung: Uni Bamberg – Sporthalle Margaretendamm Errichtung Sporthalle Das Hallenbad am Margaretendamm 5 in Bamberg wurde seit 1963 überwiegend in Stahlbeton- und Mauerwerksbauweise geplant. Der Gebäudekomplex wurde bis 1967 errichtet und ist seit 2006 in die Bayerische Denkmalliste eingetragen. Im Zuge der laufenden Generalsanierung des Gebäudekomplexes ist eine Umnutzung zur Hochschulsportanlage der Universität Bamberg geplant. Hierfür werden Leistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude nach HOAI vergeben. Eine genaue Beschreibung ist der Anlage II.22 Aufgabenbeschreibung zu entnehmen.
