Description

1. The subject of the contract is: Supply of 2 pcs. chippers for branches for the Provincial Roads Administration in Lublin Task 1 - Supply of 1 pcs. of a brand new chipper for branches to the Provincial Roads District in Biała Podlaska - Road District in Łuków Task 2 - Supply of 1 pcs. of a brand new chipper for branches to the Provincial Roads District in Chełm - Road District in Krzłonów 2. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. 3. The contracting authority provides for the annulment of the procedure within the meaning of Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law. 4. In accordance with Art. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 /EC, General Data Protection Regulation (OJ EU L 119, 4.5.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", informs that: — the controller of your personal data is the Director of the ZDW in Lublin, ul. B. Dobrzańskiego 3, 20-262, Lublin, POLAND, — the personal data inspector of the Provincial Road Administration in Lublin can be contacted by e-mail (iod@zdw.lublin.pl ). Detailed information on The GDPR can be found in the procurement documents. 5. The Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act will first examine and evaluate the bids, and then make a qualitative selection of the contractor whose bid was the highest rated. 6. Time limit for performance of the contract: 50 days from the date of signing the contract, 7. Deadline for binding the offer -31.08.2026 8.Task 1-2: P= PC x 60% + PGS x 20 % + PGZ x 20 % For each Task, the Contractor will be selected separately.
