Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the purchase, transport and transfer of office supplies to the Contracting Authority’s warehouses.
2. The contracting authority informs that it envisages the use of optional contracts (optional rights), in accordance with the provisions of the model contract constituting Annex 7 to the ToRs. In Annex 6 to the SWZ (price form), the contracting authority defines the basic level of the contract, which it may extend by increasing the quantity of sorting to 50 % of the value of the basic contract.
3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in the price form attached as Annex 6 to the ToR.
