The subject of this contract for lots (1 to 6) is the production, supply and installation of road signs with fixed and variable dimensions of vertical signalling and other means of signalling the national roads in Bulgaria operated by the RIA, in accordance with Article 19 (1) (1) of the Law on roads under lots (1 to 6), as follows:
— Lot 1 North-West region, by region and class: Classes I, I, II and III in the territory of the provincial offices Vidin, Vratsa, Montana, Lovech and Pleven;
— Lot 2 Severen tsentralen region, by region and class: Classes I, I, II and III in the territory of the Veliko Tarnovo OP, Gabrovo, Razgrad, Ruse and Silistra;
— Lot 3 North-East region, by region and class: Class I, Class II and Class III of the Varna Regional Inspectorate, Dobrich, Targovishte and Shumen;
— Lot 4 South-East region, by region and class: Classes I, I, II and III in the territory of the Burgas OP, Sliven, Stara Zagora and Yambol;
— Lot 5 Yuzhen tsentralen region, by region and class: Class I, grades I, II and III in the territory of OP Kardzhali, Pazardzhik, Plovdiv, Smolyan and Haskovo;
— Lot 6 South-West region, by region and class: Classes I, I, II and III in the territory of the Blagoevgrad OP, Kyustendil, Pernik, Sofia.
1. The performance of the contract includes activities relating to the production, supply and installation of road signs of fixed and variable dimensions for vertical signalling and other means of signalling on national roads meeting the requirements of the Road Infrastructure Agency’s 2011 ‘Technical requirements for the performance of road signs and signs of retro-reflective materials’ and constitute a condition, consequence or supplement to it, namely:
Design of:
— portal frames, consoles and two- or more support support structures;
— road signs with variable dimensions.
Manufacture of:
— road signs of fixed dimensions;
— road signs with variable dimensions;
— other means of alerting the national roads;
— console and/or gantry bearing structure;
— structures of prefabricated profiles, for bases of signs of variable dimensions.
Supply of:
— road signs of fixed dimensions;
— road signs with variable dimensions;
— other means of alerting the national roads;
— console and/or gantry bearing structure;
— structures of prefabricated profiles, for bases of signs of variable dimensions;
— steel poles for mounting vertical signalling.
Installation of:
— road signs of fixed dimensions;
— road signs with variable dimensions to the right of the road;
— road signs with variable dimensions above the carriageway;
— other means of alerting the national roads;
— console and/or gantry bearing structure;
— structures of prefabricated profiles, for bases of signs of variable dimensions;
— steel poles for mounting vertical signalling.
Supply and incorporation of the necessary and technically compliant materials and products for road signs with fixed and variable dimensions for vertical signalling and components for their installation; Carrying out the necessary tests; Rectification of defects during the guaranteed operating periods set out in the procurement contract.
