Description

ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH, hereinafter ONTRAS or client (AG), a transmission network of approximately 7,500 km in length in Germany. As a supra-regional pipeline network driver, it has to ensure the secure supply of natural gas. To this end, the client plans to expand and renovate its transmission network. The subject of this invitation to tender is civil engineering and piping services for the construction of the high-pressure gas pipeline FGL 102. These services will be described and awarded in the procurement procedure in Lot 1. Furthermore, the civil engineering and pipe construction services for the construction of the high-pressure gas pipeline FGL 211 are the subject of this call for tenders. These services will be described and awarded in the procurement procedure in Lot 2. Lot 1 - FGL 102 The services include civil engineering and pipe construction services as well as dismantling services for the pigging of FGL 102 in the annual disc 2026. The pigging of FGL 102 includes measures that are necessary for the production of pigability in the section Wedringen - Glöthe. Furthermore, remedial measures are to be carried out. The measures are distributed across the rural districts (Bördekreis, Salzlandkreis, state capital Magd-burg) in Saxony-Anhalt. The project is divided into a total of 2 construction phases (BA) and 1 activation phase. In order to implement the measure, the FGL 102 is decommissioned in a shutdown section. The decommissioning is carried out by means of pipe separation and installation of pressure-resistant pipe end caps. Construction is scheduled to begin on 02/2026. The integration BA1 takes place in 06/2026; BA2 in 07/2026. The measures to make FGL 102 piggy-free are mainly carried out in the existing route, whereby the old pipeline is salvaged, cut into transportable lengths, disposed of professionally and replaced by newly manufactured pipeline sections. The line runs over arable land, meadows and station areas. Groundwater is to be reckoned with occasionally in the area of the route. Lot 2 - FGL 211 Services include pipe and civil engineering services as well as dismantling services. The pipeline FGL 211, DN 600, DP 63 runs from Schönwalde to Dannenreich. It runs in sections parallel to FGL 221 and FGL 82. Several fiber optic cables are located in the vicinity. The FGL 211 is to be partially converted to the transport of hydrogen as part of the "Doing Hydrogen" project. A prerequisite for this conversion is the proof of the basic suitability of the line for hydrogen transport. This requires the implementation of various technical measures and tests, including pipe replacements, sheath pipe removal with media pipe change, sheath pipe refurbishment with media pipe change and the removal of a fittings group. As a result of the wrinkle carried out and the evaluation of the PPS data, 17 remediation measures (MN) are to be carried out on the line. The measures are spread over two districts (Barnim and Märkisch-Oderland) in the state of Brandenburg. In order to carry out the measures, the FGL 211 is decommissioned in a shutdown section. Decommissioning is carried out by disconnecting the line and installing pressure-resistant end caps. Start of construction is 03/2026, the activation is planned for 04/2026 and the acceptance 10/2026. The measures for the H2 conversion of FGL 211 are carried out exclusively on the existing route, whereby the old pipeline is salvaged, cut into transpor-table lengths, disposed of professionally and replaced by newly constructed pipeline sections.
