Description

The primary objective of the City of Sector 2 is to increase the energy performance of multi-storey housing buildings in the sector.
The contracting authority considers it appropriate to carry out this investment because it is a basic requirement for the quality of life in the current Romanian society by ensuring normal hygiene and hygrothermal comfort conditions in urban dwellings, improving the level of thermal protection of heated spaces, modernisation of equipment and installations.
The thermal rehabilitation and modernisation of buildings and related installations is an integral part of the State’s energy policy. The proposed solutions for the thermal rehabilitation of buildings will aim to meet the requirements of users contained in Law No 10/1995 and Government Emergency Order No 18/2009, as amended, in particular those relating to thermal comfort and energy saving.
