Description

conformément à l'art 2.1 du Cctp, l'ordre de service définit la délimitation du périmètre de l'intervention à partir des documents ou indications remis, soit des références cadastrales, soit en définissant le tenant et l'aboutissant de la zone à traiter. Toute modification dans l'étendue des travaux devra faire l'objet d'un accord du maître d'oeuvre ou de son représentant. Les travaux seront exécutés conformément aux indications données dans Cctp.Le marché est un marché mixte passé avec un seul opérateur économique.Il se décompose ainsi :- 1 part à prix global et forfaitaire concernant le curage annuel du canal du Béal estimée pour une année à 41 000 euro(s) Ht soit 45 100 euro(s) (T.T.C.) (Tva à 10 %),- 1 part en accord-cadre à bons de commande concernant des prestations ponctuelles affectée des montants annuels suivants :Sans montant minimummaximum : 100 000 euro(s) (T.T.C.).Pas de décomposition en lots, les prestations étant homogènes et ne concernant qu'un seul cours d'eau
