Framework agreement property services

Nye Veier AS shall enter into a framework agreement with a total supplier of property services. The service shall be carried out on properties that have been taken up in connection with road development and it mainly comprises residential properties. The properties are currently located in SørVest, SørØst, Innlandet and in Trøndelag. A complete overview of the localisation of the current properties is in Annex 1B. The specialist areas that experience most used in the service are mainly janitor services, and secondly plumbing and electrical work, cleaning and construction services. Other relevant services can also be relevant, tenderers can then be asked to collect this as sub-suppliers. Further requirements for competence of personnel who shall carry out work on the contract are stated in Annex 1. Tenderers must be able to provide all of these services, if necessary, by using sub-suppliers. The assignments that shall be carried out mainly consist of preparing, maintenance and follow-up of properties for rent, as well as maintenance, securing and inspecting properties that are empty. The start-up date for the service is 1 September 2025. The estimated annual consumption of the agreement is approx. NOK 3 million excluding VAT. The framework agreement shall be signed for 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority for an extension for a further one year at a time, up to 2 times (2+1+1 years).
