Project management competition on Esquisse + for the requalification of public spaces in the Maupas district of Soissons (02). The consultation aims to appoint a project management team for the complete requalification of public spaces in the Maupas district, the city entrance district of the 1960s. The project, ambitious, aims at a change of image and its transformation into an "inhabited park" through the creation of one or more centralities, the improvement of the sharing of public space and a strong environmental ambition (adaptation to climate change, water management). The mission includes the design and monitoring of developments (ways, convivial spaces, etc.) , as well as the development of an urban, architectural and landscape specification for future projects. Estimated amount of work: EUR 9 612 460 excl. tax.
