Taking into account the signature of the financing contract, the Contracting Authority as Beneficiary implements the project: ‘Improving the digital infrastructure of the National Institute of Endocrinology C.I. Parhon’, funded by the National Regeneration and Resilience Plan, Pillar II: Digital Transformation, COMPONENT: 7 - Digital transformation, INVESTMENT: I3. Achieving the eHealth and telemedicine system, the investment specifies: I3.3 - Investments in information systems and digital infrastructure of public health units, CALL FOR PROJECTS – CALL CODE: MS-733. Under this procedure, part of the components of the integrated information system for which the Contracting Authority has obtained funding will be procured. The technical description of the products and the quantities are detailed in the specifications. The overall objective of the project is to develop the digital capacities of the hospital, in order to increase the level of innovation and the competitiveness/efficiency of the activity at institutional level. The object of this acquisition is the acquisition of an information system to ensure the optimization and automation of the internal processes within the hospital. The structure of the digitization solution is modular and includes clinical and non-clinical modules, such as:  Software modules for the clinical management of patients (observation sheets, investigations, prescriptions, treatment schemes, etc.)  Module for the digital programming of patients for consultations or investigations  Module for the administrative and logistical management of the hospital pharmacy  Interoperability module for integration with other medical or administrative systems  Modules for cybersecurity and data protection.  Interoperability module  Human resources management  Document management  Web portal for interaction with patients  Cybersecurity, monitoring and alerting This mixed approach, with interconnected modules both clinical and non-clinical, allows a complete digitalisation of the medical and administrative-logistics processes of the National Institute of Endocrinology C.I.Parhon Bucharest.
