The subject of the contract is the selection of a contractor for the supply of 1 web-based information system for document flow, including registration and processing of electronic and paper documents, hereinafter referred to as ‘system’ or ‘AIS’. The scope of activities includes: Installation and implementation of the delivered system, full migration of the data from the currently existing information system at MU-Varna, testing and commissioning of the installed automated information system, training of staff for work (up to 300 employees - administrators, trainers, clerks and users) and ensuring warranty maintenance of the system during the warranty period.
