Les lots 06 et 11 comportent des tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Le projet prévoit le renforcement des fondations du clubhouse du Garden Tennis Club ainsi que la reconstruction à l'identique des locaux existants. Il prévoit également la reprise complète de la gestion des eaux pluviales du complexe et la reprise des désordres sur les courts et cheminements extérieurs
