Description

The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 – ‘Forests Act’) covering work on breeding, seeding and forest protection, nature protection, fire protection, including the operation of PAD, maintenance of forest facilities, harvesting and harvesting of wood and work related to the operation of the Animal Breeding Centre, maintenance of breeding boxes, meadow and agricultural management, specialist soil preparation for next year, shredding of post-harvest residues, spraying against weeds – to be carried out in the Koszecin Forest District in 2026. The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract covers the aggregated quantities of works in the field of breeding, seeding and forest protection, nature protection, fire protection, maintenance of forest facilities, harvesting and harvesting of wood and works related to the operation of the Animal Breeding Centre, maintenance of nesting boxes, meadow and agricultural management, specialist soil preparation for next year, shredding of post-harvest residues, spraying against weeds – to be carried out in the Koszecin Forest District in 2026 pursuant to Annex 2 to the SWZ. The estimated value of the contract includes the basic contract, the right of option with a value of 30% of the basic contract and the contract referred to in Art. 1 point 7 PZP with the value of 50% of the basic contract.
