ZMT _Mass Spectrometer
The Leibniz Centre for Tropical Marine Research (ZMT) is an independent research and teaching institute dedicated to the research and protection and sustainable use of tropical coastal ecosystems. As a member of the Leibniz Association, the ZMT works in an interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary manner with various partners to create scientific foundations for the preservation of these sensitive ecosystems. The field of chemical analysis supports our scientists with an extensive portfolio of instruments. Measurements are carried out in our chemical laboratory at the ZMT as well as in the tropical partner countries and on ship expeditions. In addition, we offer education and training for students, scientists and guests in order to promote the transfer of knowledge and professional qualifications in the field of chemical analysis.
