Works relating to the construction of Y-talo in Seinäjoki Oy. The purchase includes dishwashers and mop-washers entering the new premises of the units moving to the Y-House.
The Y-talo is a new hospital building for specialised and primary care, which is designed and constructed by Kiinteistö Oy Seinäjoen Y-talo. The company is owned by the joint municipal authority of the Hospital District of Etelä-Pohjanmaa (51 %) and Seinäjoen Kaupunki (49 %).
The construction works are located in district No 28 of the Huhtaala district of Seinäjoki, on the western side of the central hospital of Seinäjoki, in the immediate vicinity of the A building block and Lake Kyrkösjärvi. The address of the construction works is Kiinteistö Oy Seinäjoen Y-talo, Koskenalantie 18, 60220 Seinäjoki. The Y-House will be built in an area of approximately 31 700 m² rented from the joint municipal authority of the Hospital District of South Ostrobothnia.
The construction of the Y-House started on 5 October 2009 for the main work until 31 July 2012. The gross surface area of the Y-House is ca. 33.870 brm2, the building has a 0 floor (maintenance and technical facilities) and 4 functional floors and 5 floors (IV engine rooms).
The Y-House will host joint facilities for specialised and primary care (e.g. on-call and on-call services), the activities of the joint municipal authority of the Hospital District of South Ostrobothnia (dialysis, physiotherapy and functional therapy, geropsychiatric outpatient clinic and department, clinical physiology and isotope medicine, clinical neurophysiology, laboratory sampling, radiology, demanding rehabilitation department, offices); the activities of the health centre of the city of Seinäjoki (acute department, physiotherapy and aid lending, rehabilitation department, doctors’ receptions and administrative facilities) and other facilities (SeAmk facilities, water therapy facilities, helicopter landings, joint meeting rooms and cafeteria).
