Description

Motala kommun avser upphandla totalentreprenad, samverkan/partnering av aktivitetshall. Den befintliga anläggningen som nu ska ersättas är en konstfrusen plan med kapacitet för 3000 åskådare vilket varit i bruk sedan 1965. Nuvarande kylssystem för isbädden måste bytas med hänsyn till miljö- och energiaspekter. Ett förslag till detaljplan för att möjliggöra en aktivitetshall har varit på samråd och planen beräknas bli fastställd i juni 2018.
Projektet omfattar uppförande av en aktivitetshall med huvudsaklig inriktning på bandy. Projektet syftar här vid till att stärka områdets profil som idrottscenter.
Aktivitetshallen skall vidare kunna ta emot större publikmängder och olika typer av evenemang.
Projektet omfattar genomförande av förstudie med en option gällande vidare projekteing av bygghandlingar och förestående produktionsarbeten.
