Description

La gara ha per oggetto l'appalto del servizio di trasporto scolastico ed assistenza per gli a-lunni delle scuole dell'infanzia, primaria e secondaria di primo grado durante il trasporto e durante il prescuola per gli AA.SS. 2013/2014, 2014/2015, 2015/2016, il trasporto da e per la palestra in occasione di attività ginniche degli alunni aventi titolo, la garanzia per ogni anno scolastico di Km 4000 per le uscite didattiche da effettuarsi nell'orario scolasti-co diurno con percorrenza giornaliera di andata e ritorno di max 120 km ciascuna, oltre il servizio di assistenza durante il prescuola, che decorre dal momento di arrivo a scuola fino all'inizio delle lezioni.
Il servizio dovrà essere reso nel rispetto delle norme del codice civile, dalla L.R. oltre che dalle norme del D. Lgs. 12 aprile 2006, n. 163.
