Procurement of framework agreements external workshop services vehicles over 5,500 kg including but not limited to trucks, truck tractors, buses, fire engines, trailers, semi-trailers, trucks as well as various construction of winches, hook hoists and cranes. It is the contracting authority's intention to award up to two framework agreements in a cascade model. The successful bidder will be awarded the number 1 in the cascade. The bidder who becomes number 2 in the tender will be awarded number 2 in the cascade. When the contracting authority uses the framework agreements, the contracting authority must place an order for number 1 in the cascade. The contracting authority may jump into the cascade and place an order for number 2 of the cascade on the basis of objective criteria. The objective criteria are set out in the procurement documents.
