Purpose of the services: Framework agreement: Designation of a land expert for geotechnical tests for road works to establish, in accordance with the regulations, the Land Quality Report (LQR) for validation to the competent authority responsible for the certification of quality control and monitoring of land management (WALTERRE) and lift tests in accordance with the qualiroute. The aim of the investigations will be to characterise the soil and define the destination of the land to be evacuated, as part of the land quality and traceability process established by the AGW on 5 July 2018. This contract includes taking samples on the basis of excavated volume, analysing them, providing the Land Quality Report (LQR), entering them into the WALTERRE database and providing additional information, corrections which would be requested by the WALTERRE inspection body if it is found that the LQR is refused because it is incomplete or does not comply with the applicable provisions. The market is located throughout the territory of the municipality of COURCELLES. The content of the contract and the general context in which it is to be performed are set out in the technical part of these specifications. This contract will be performed on the basis of partial orders, i.e. as and when required.
