Description

The proposed works aim to create a sufficient drain section for the transit of flood waves. The proposed works will have the effect of eliminating the risk of flooding in this sector by creating the necessary conditions for the flow of water at medium and high flows. By carrying out the proposed works, it is ensured the increase of the safety of the inhabitants of the riparian locality, as well as of the social economic objectives in the area in case of the production of floods with high maximum flows due to torrential or mixed rains (snowmelts and rains). In order to achieve the general objective, the tenderer shall identify the appropriate measures and draw up the technical documentation necessary for the promotion and implementation of that investment objective, as follows:  Obtaining the approvals according to the urban planning certificate  Elaboration of the Technical Project and of the execution details;  Elaboration of DTAC and DTOE technical documentation  Elaboration and validation of the contracting strategy and procurement documentation (including technical specifications) for the investment project and provision of technical assistance during the procurement procedures;  Provision of technical assistance by the designer during the period of execution of the works and during the guarantee period of the works.
