Description

The cities of Lille, Lomme and Hellemmes need horticultural supplies and plants to ensure the creation and management of parks and gardens, green areas and sports grounds, and the flowering of cities.
Re-launch of Lot 5.
This is a negotiated contract following the open tender procedure for which no tenders were offered.
This lot was declared unsuccessful by the Tender Committee meeting on 16.2.2011.
This is an order form contract with no minimum but with a maximum annual amount of EUR 20 000 (excl. tax).
