Concession d'aménagement consistant en l'aménagement d'un ensemble foncier d'environ 2,5 hectares, composés d'espaces agricoles, d'une ancienne ferme et de sa bergerie, de fonds de jardins privés et d'un ancien garage. S'agissant d'un projet complexe nécessitant à la fois des acquisitions et recompositions foncières, la réhabilitation d'un ensemble bâti en friche et l'aménagement de lots à destination d'habitat, la commune de Bouvignies fait le choix de passer par une concession d'aménagement pour la mise en oeuvre de cette opération.
