Description

GMH | Baumanagement Hamburg GmbH is an urban company which provides construction, operation and management services for, inter alia, more than 50 general schools in the south of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg) and for university and municipal buildings. As part of the extension of the site to a 5-speed service (with optional 6-speed), the new class building with 6 classes, mensa and Vital kitchen is planned. Six classrooms and 4 differentiation rooms are planned in the OG for a full vintage stage. In the EC, a mensa with an extension room, vital kitchen and the domestic service rooms are foreseen. The building will be opened up with two stairwell cores and a chair.
