Implementation must include: 1) Creation of analysis and processing of recommendations for improvement of processes of management of the client's property (hereinafter also referred to as "Analysis of processes of management of property"). 2) Automated solution for implementation and support of cyber security (SW for risk management) (hereinafter also referred to as "ISRM"). 3) SW solutions of Asset Management (hereinafter also referred to as "ISAM"). 4) SW solutions for management and solution of service requirements, including Service Desk (hereinafter also referred to as "ISSD"). 5) Granting of all other licenses for the use of the work that is the subject of performance under this Agreement. 6) Detailed documentation of the solution and implementation proposal. 7) Implementation of SW as part of the solution. 8) Integration of the solution to internal and external IS according to the technical specification. 9) Setting, configuring and parameterizing individual areas of the solution, including setting access permissions. 10) Testing (pilot operation) for 1 month. 11) Technical support during deployment into live operation for a period of 1 month. 12) Documentation of the settings and documentation of the delivered work. 13) All other documentation required for proper acceptance and use of the work by the Client. 14) Training of IT system administrators to the necessary extent. 15) Project management of the subject of performance of this Contract on the part of the Contractor. 16) Standard operation support for 60 months. 17) Supplier capacities to provide consulting services in the range of 800 man-hours.
