The subject of the public contract is the delivery of a comprehensive SW solution for recording the current state and concept of the planned development of the client's ICT infrastructure and its offer of provided services, set processes and data. Transactions must include: 1) Creating an analysis and processing recommendations to improve the processes of handling the client’s property (hereinafter also referred to as ‘Analysis of the processes of handling the property’). 2) Automated solution for implementation and support of cybersecurity (SW for risk management) (hereinafter also referred to as ‘ISRM’). 3) SW solution of Asset Management (hereinafter also referred to as ‘ISAM’). 4) SW solution for management and solution of service requirements, incl. service desk (hereinafter also referred to as ‘ISSD’). 5) Provision of all other licenses for the use of the work that is the subject of performance under this contract. 6) Detailed documentation of the solution and implementation proposal. 7) Implementation of SW components of the solution. 8) Integration of the solution into internal and external IS according to the technical specification. 9) Setting, configuration and parameterization of individual areas of the solution, including the setting of access permissions. 10) Testing (pilot operation) of 1 month duration. 11) Technical support for deployment to live operation for a period of 1 month. 12) Documentation of the set-up and documentation of the delivered work. 13) All other documentation required for proper acceptance and use of the work by the Client. 14) Training of IT system administrators to the extent necessary. 15) Project management of the subject of performance of this Agreement on the part of the Contractor. 16) Standard operation support for 60 months. 17) The capacity of the supplier to provide consulting services in the range of 800 man-hours. The performance also includes services associated with the delivery, installation and configuration, setting and consolidation of rules and authorisations associated with the subject of delivery and its future operation in the technological environment of the contracting authority.
