Description

As part of the new Lyon Turin rail link project, TELT, as contracting entity, is the public promoter responsible for the construction and operation of the cross-border section of the future infrastructure. The purpose of this public contract is to underwrite an insurance programme for the French car fleet (24 vehicles to date) and associated risks for TELT. This insurance contract will take effect from 1 January 2026 until 31 December 2026. It is tacitly renewable seven times for a period of one year per renewal period, unless the Holder terminates or TELT expressly denounces it. The total duration of the contract, including renewal periods, may not exceed eight years from the date on which it takes effect.
