Description

The City of Porvoo invites tenders for arranging public transport on a gross model for the routes specified in the contract notice, in accordance with the appendices provided in the invitation to tender. The operator makes an offer for the management of bus services in accordance with the competition object planned by the customer. Before making an offer, the operator must find out and, with sufficient care, check the destination and background information of the traffic covered by the contract. If the tenderer notices errors in the documents, the tenderer is obliged to notify the tenderer of the errors before submitting the tenders. The tender must contain all the information requested and must be accompanied by all the required explanations. Alternative offers will not be accepted. The procurement concerns the operation of a public transport network at the site during the contract periods determined on a site-by-site basis. In this call for tenders, tenders are invited for lots 1, 2, 3 and 4. The operator may choose to submit a combined offer for items 1 and 2 (item 5). A single bidder or consortium/site will be selected for the operation of each site (or alternatively a combined bid, see decision criteria). A more detailed definition of the sites and the rolling stock requirements for the sites (1-4) are presented in the description of the sites.
