Description

1. The subject of this contract is the extension of the functionality of your antivirus software along with the extension of its license. 2. The Client uses ESET PROTECT On-Prem (server) antivirus software version 12.1 (12.1.272.0) and ESET Endpoint Antivirus + ESET Server Security, with a license for 700 units/positions. The current licence is valid until 18.11.2025. 3. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to extend the functionality of the software to the PROTECT Elite version and extend the duration of the license for a period of 36 months from the date of termination of the current license and increase the volume to 800 units / stations. 4. The contractor will provide support in the implementation of software, which will be implemented in remote or stationary form, as agreed by the Parties.5. The contractor will also provide post-implementation assistance of at least 20 clock hours, which will be carried out remotely or stationary, as agreed by the Parties.7. Equivalent software that meets the equivalence criteria described in Annex 2 to the FTZ may be offered. 8. The software and licenses must come from an authorized distribution channel of the manufacturer intended for the territory of the European Union, and the use of the delivered product by the Ordering Party must not constitute a violation of the economic copyrights of third parties.
