The subject of the order is the delivery of sets of parts (6 kpl) for the execution of the service bulletin SB EC135-24-024 in 6 helicopters of type EC135 operated in the Air Rescue Service: a) Set SB-135-24-024-2C1-1 – 6 kpl. b) Set SB-135-24-024-2C2 – 6 kpl. c) Set SB-135-24-024-2C3 – 6 kpl. d) Set SB-135-24-024-2C4 – 6 kpl. e) Set SB-135-24-024-2C5 – 6kpl. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner in which deliveries are carried out are specified in the price form contained in the Tender Form (Annex No. 1 of the SWZ) and in the draft terms of the contract (Annex 2 to the SWF).
