Description

The scope of the contract includes the creation of an electronic register through the implementation of a system for smart management of biodegradable household waste on the territory of Shumen Municipality. It represents an important step towards optimizing the processes of biodegradable household waste management and improving the quality of life in the municipality. Sensors will be installed in newly purchased containers for separate collection of biodegradable household waste and the newly purchased refuse collection machines will be upgraded with hardware elements, allowing the measurement of waste quantities, ensuring a constant flow of data to a centralized management platform. The availability of this data will allow automated route planning of refuse collection trucks, ensuring a higher level of quality and reliability of the waste collection service provided. In the performance of this contract, the following main activities should be carried out: Delivery and installation of RFID tags for all newly purchased vessels - 2927 pieces; Supply and installation of equipment for weight measurement and identification of containers from garbage trucks – for 4 trucks; Development, provision for use and implementation of a platform for data storage and processing; Performance of functional tests; Commissioning of all components of the system; Training of the Employer's staff; Warranty maintenance.
