Hankinnan kohteena on Veikkauksen Pitkävedon kertoimenlaskentaan liittyvä matemaattinen mallinnus ja tutkimus, sekä kertoimenlaskentajärjestelmien kehitystyöhön liittyvä palvelu.
Palvelua tulee tuottaa 7.5h päivässä, viitenä päivänä viikossa, 11 kuukautena vuodessa.
Kilpailutuksessa valittava taho tekee tutkimustyötä yhdessä Veikkauksen Betting Operations -yksikön kanssa, integroi tuotetut tutkimustulokset ja -menetelmät osaksi Veikkauksen omaa OddsMaster-kertoimenlaskentajärjestelmää, sekä vastaa järjestelmän päivittäisestä toiminnasta ja ylläpidosta.
