Formålet med udbuddet er at indgå en rammeaftale om transport af gods mellem Kriminalforsorgens institutioner samt til øvrige virksomheder/offentlige institutioners og privates adresser i Danmark. Kriminalforsorgens ca. 80 institutioner er fordelt i hele landet inkl. Bornholm. Leverandøren skal dagligt afhente/levere gods på flere lokationer i Danmark.
