Description

This contract consists of a project management consultation in order to carry out works to rehabilitate the covered area of the Warenne in the Manchester district of Charleville-Mézières. The intervention consists of a rehabilitation of the building. The existing building on the site is in an advanced state of dilapidation, and the various analysis reports show the presence of asbestos and lead on all the structures. The building has no insulation and the heating system is obsolete or non-existent in the large room. In addition, the playground has recurrent soil subsidence. The project concerns the rehabilitation of the entire building.
