in BW wants to optimise its overall maintenance costs on its wastewater treatment plants and lifting plants. In this context, it wishes to consolidate preventive inspection, maintenance, overhaul and replacement actions for all KSB-branded machines in its fleet. The contract is divided into four parts: 1 : Recurring inspection of machinery on site and preventive maintenance This part consists of: • 1x/year inspection of the entire KSB machine park in BW, i.e. 4 maintenances of all machines over the duration of this contract: the purpose of this inspection is to check that the machinery is in good condition and functioning, to diagnose any malfunctions and to take appropriate measures (repair/replacement). It covers in particular the cleanliness of the machine, the general state of wear, the state of the mechanics, the control of the oil, the control of the seals and the sealing, the engine controls, the evaluation of the operation and the performance of the machine (pressure, flow rate), the control of the electrical operation, the state of the guidance system. • Maintenance of machinery, i.e. cleaning of machinery, replacement of seals and wear parts (workable on site), replacement of oil and lubricants. Part 2: Centralised management of wear parts and preventive maintenance consumables This part includes: • Supply of wear parts, oils, seals for the various machines and assembly kits for Amamix agitators. • Storage and handling of these parts/consumables. • Tracking inputs and outputs of parts/consumables. Part 3: Preventive overhaul of machines in the workshop On the basis of the standards in force and the manufacturer's recommendations, preventive overhaul of machines in the workshop shall cover: • Dismantling of the overhauling machine on site and its transport to the workshop. • Supply of the necessary spare parts for each overhauled machine. • Machine overhaul in workshop. • Installation of the overhauled machine on site and its return to service. Part 4: Replacement of machinery Existing machinery with an irreparable failure or with a repair cost greater than that of replacement will be replaced.
