Description

L'opération vise à réhabiliter et reconvertir le bâtiment des Compresseurs de l'U4. L'ensemble immobilier est inscrit à l'Inventaire Supplémentaire des Monuments Historiques depuis le 24 juillet 1987, par arrêté préfectoral n°87-SGAR-380. L'opération globale comporte 15 lots. Le marché comporte deux tranches : - une tranche ferme pour les travaux relatifs au Clos-couvert - une tranche optionnelle pour les travaux d'aménagements intérieurs. Les candidats devront obligatoirement procéder à une visite des lieux d'exécution du marché. Dates des visites : - 1ère visite jeudi 25 juillet 2024 à 10h30 - 2ème visite mardi 30 juillet 2024 à 10h30 - 3ème visite mercredi 21 août 2024 à 10h30 - 4ème visite mercredi 28 août 2024 à 10h30 Une clause obligatoire d'insertion par l'activité économique sous forme d'heures d'insertion à réaliser est prévue pour tous les lots de la présente consultation. Le nombre d'heures d'insertion à réaliser est annexé au présent CCAP.
