(1) The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of office and metal furniture referred to in Annex 2 A to the Invitation, hereinafter referred to as ‘the furniture’. The furniture offered must be new and unused, come from current production (year of production – no earlier than 2017), have the appropriate certificates and approvals allowing the furniture to be sold and used in Poland. The Contractor shall provide the furniture guarantee service free of charge.
(2) The scope of the contract shall include: the purchase of furniture and their delivery to the Contracting Authority, unloading, delivery to a place designated by the Contracting Authority, and assembly. Installation shall be understood to mean the installation of complete and ready-to-use furniture, taking into account its adaptability to the premises in which it will be used and to the items contained therein. Installation will consist, in particular, of: setting or hanging, levelling the various items of equipment that are the subject of the contract.
