Plastic tools for sample storage and sample preparation 6. Reagents of molecular biology studies 7. Fine chemical and various chemical products 8. Kits for DNA and RT-PCR 9. Nucleic acid extractor and RT-PCR kits 10. Components for ICP-MS measurements 11. Components for ion chromatography 12. Parts of water purification equipment 13. The contracting authority draws the attention of tenderers to the fact that if the call for tenders or the public procurement documents provided contain a reference to something of a specific make, origin or type, the name was given only in order to clearly determine the nature of the object and, whether or not it appears next to the name, the contracting authority with those items – the Public Procurement Act. Section 58(4) of Government Decree No 321/2015. On the basis of Section 46(3) of the Government Decree (X.30), it also accepts equivalent recommendations. With regard to the demonstration of equivalence, pursuant to Decree No 321/2015. Section 46(4)-(6) of the Government Decree (X.30) shall apply.
