1. The subject of the contract is the supply of protective clothing of the Navy model 128MW/MON, made in accordance with the current "Military Technical and Technological Documentation" (WDTT) and in accordance with the "Technical Conditions" (WT). 2. The contractor must deliver the subject of the contract in the following quantity: Protective clothing of the Navy 128MW/MON - 2 500 kpl. (including basic quantity: 1 300 sets and quantity in option: 1 200 cc.). 3. Details of the subject-matter of the contract and the criteria for the evaluation of tenders will be set out in the Specifications of the Contract Conditions (SPC), which, together with the "Military Technical and Technological Documentation" and the "Technical Conditions", will be forwarded to the Contractors invited to submit tenders.
