Description

By contracting these types of services, the employees of UMC Rovinari, UPRUM Rovinari and UMC Rosia-Pesteana will be transported from home to work and back, in conditions of safety and comfort, in compliance with a transport schedule that fits the employees' working hours, according to the Tender Specifications no.804/07.02.2025. Subsequent service contracts will be awarded on a semi-annual basis. The minimum and maximum quantities that could be subject to a single subsequent contract are as follows: -nr.min. racing: 8.509; -Max. number of trips: 17.018 The Annex to the specification contains the minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority shall reply once in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders.
